30-Day Return Requests
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your scarf to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, without stains or odours, with any supplied tags retained.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us about damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items. Photographs may help us assess the issue. The ordinary requirement for an item to be in undamaged original condition does not prevent you from reporting these problems. We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect.
